Ekontrol is a Ukraine-based consulting agency that prepares companies for international requirements and management system certification. We work across 18+ standards covering food safety, quality, environment, occupational safety, IT security, sustainability, and defense — and we run projects so the system actually works inside real operations, not just "for the audit". Our scope: diagnostic audit, full system implementation, certification audit support, and annual maintenance (quality function outsourcing). We start from how the company really works — flows, control points, risks, roles — and only then build documentation that locks the rules in. Records are designed to appear naturally in day-to-day operations, so audit evidence is part of normal work, not a final-week rush.
